Chocolate shakeology

I just recieved my shakeology yesterday. Has anyone made it the night before in the blender and then refrigerated it to drink for breakfast? I want to drink it for breakfast but I don't want to wake ppl up by using the blender. Also if you make it with a 1/2 cup of almond milk and a half cup of water with some ice and then the full scoop of shakeology sometimes it seems like there's more than 20oz of shakeology and there's some left in the blender, do I drink that too, or would that be more than a serving?

I LOVE chocolate Shakeology!! It is so yummy and so good for you. I think you can make it the night before if you don't blend ice with it. I tried it with ice and the next morning it was a melted mess.

I end up with a very LARGE shake after I add some of my favorites to it. As long as you measure it out and count every calorie, drink the whole thing! One of the reasons I love it is because when I add ice, pb, and my banana it makes soooo much!!

Is this the first time you've tried Shakeology?

I have been using it for 8 months now. I absolutely love it. It has played a huge part in my weight loss. I signed up to be a coach just so I could get the discount...lol ..

I make mine with a cup of unsweetened vanilla almond milk, ice, a banana, and about a cup of baby spinach. It is delicious!!

If you try blending it the night before, as someone else mentioned, it might be a melted mess in the morning, so maybe just make sure its in a larger container to account for the melting. And as long as you're logging everything go ahead and drink all of it. I tried shakeology for 2 months and personally I hated it haha, but a lot of people swear by it and everyone is different. Best of luck!
