Nike free tr 8 - smaller than expected !

hey guys.. i ordered a nike free shoes online but when they arrived they were small im usually size 40 EU im gonna replace should i get size 40.5 or 41 .. and how can you figure out if the shoes fit you

    Go to a store. As in physically go to a store and try shoes on. If you're planning on running in them it would be even better if you went to a running store.
