Hey guys. I am 27 years old 194 cm tall and weigh 97 kg. I study computer science and I have started working out. I primarily do callisthenics and I have also started to use my fitnesspal to keep track of my calorie intake. I want to lean bulk and keep everything natural. To start with I want to lose 0.5 kg per week and get my fat percentage down to 10-11%. :-)
