My favorite Smoothie/Shake Recipe

This is my favorite. It’s easily adjustable and very filling, tasty, and macro friendly. I use powered peanut butter instead of plain peanut butter to lower fat content, I add 1/2 to 1 cup of fruit, I substitute a plant based milk called Ripple, and my protein is plant based as well. I typically get quality calories with my additions and substitutions.

Macros: Total Calories - 855 / Protein - 79 / Carbs - 103 / Fat - 25
