Any healthy authentic Mexican recipes?
Does anyone have any healthy authentic Mexican recipes or is there any lol. I am trying to lose weight but I cook for my husband who is Mexican and that's all he likes and my 4 kids. I don't lime to.prepare 2 different meals for me.and them so I was hoping there could be some healthy Mexican recipes lol thanks in advance

I have no idea about Mexican food all I cook of it is fajitas ((that might be stereotypically Mexican but I definitely need more recipes😂)) what I can suggest though ... try using lean meats and lots of veggies then add beans ?? Also, when using cheese, maybe only add it to your husbands dishes and only have a sprinkle / none on yours. Dairy is a big calorie upper. Sorry if this wasn't helpful:') x0
