Trying to gain after weight loss

So I started out my weight loss journey at around 150 lbs and 5’6. I am currently at 118 and continuing to drop. I thought I had a successful past week of eating to at least maintain but somehow I lost five pounds in a little over a week still. Is there something I should be doing? Taking away cardio? Is there any healthy foods that anyone can recommend to start gaining weight as well

you just need to eat more... more of the things you have cut out because they're not 'healthy'.

If you are still losing then you aren’t eating enough. You need to figure out your maintenance calories.0

You don't have to eat all "healthy" foods. If you are struggling to eat enough to maintain a healthy weight, the healthiest thing you can do is eat more, regardless of what it is. If your diet is very low in fat (which is quite possible if you are struggling to eat enough) adding back some fatty foods would be an easy place to start.
Losing 5 lbs in a week can involve some water weight fluctuations so isn't necessarily a big deal. But as you are already borderline underweight, if you are seeing these kind of losses consistently, I'd suggest getting a checkup to make sure there isn't anything else going on.
Please take car of yourself!1
