Should I change activity level on profile?

I have hit a hard plateau for 2 months. Yes I have gained muscle mass. I have increased workout length & intensity. Obsessive on hitting 10k steps daily typically run/walk 4-5 miles plus Nike training club 30 minute workouts. I am now coming up way short on net calls even w protein shakes. My job is absolutely sedentary but workouts are much more intense. Do I change my goal profile to active and just start eating more. When I changed it, I went from 1640 to 1990. I feel like I have to eat to feeling stuffed to get close to net even. Do I keep activity at active and just eat all the old crap to keep losing?
