I am looking for a smoothie option to get my veggies in, low calorie, and that keeps me full.

I usually do one cup of ice, one cup of frozen berries, one cup almond milk, and one cup of vanilla protien powder. I haven't experimented with veggies, but that ratio works great.

    1/2 cup milk

    8oz hemp milk
    1/2 avocado
    1tsp wheat germ
    1tbs flaxseeds ground before using
    1tsp raw honey
1/4 c of popped rice cereal. Or hemp flakes.
I find it really tasty. For a quick breakfast

My "go to" is throw this that and the other in a blender until it "looks right". But if I had to list a base recipe it would be:

    1 cup of greens (optional)
    1/2 banana (optional)
1/4 cup of berries or other fruit of my choosing
    1/2cup of yogurt,
    1 scoop protein powder (optional)
    1 tbs flax meal
    1 tbs chia seeds
    Splenda if needed for taste
1/4 cup almond milk, 2% milk, or water. (or until liquid enough to blend well)
handful of ice to get that smoothie consistancy

I usually just use whatever I have on hand. The possibilities are endless really. One I just tried today:

I replaced the protein powder for key lime yogurt though. And added an extra packet of Splenda. The greens I used were a little potent tasting. But very light & summer-y tasting.

Raw beets, carrots, kale, green apple,in the juicer no need to add sugar nor salt.
Sometimes I add one full orange (peeled)
My favourite for a quick lunch
