On the Nutrition scale does the fat bar read the good or the bad fats? TIA

I'm not sure what you mean by "good" and "bad" fat, but your overall fat category on MFP includes all types of fats.3

There aren't good and bad fats (trans fats excepted). There is a proper dose for everything including saturated fat. You will do well to not think in terms of good and bad and to think in terms of context and dose.5
