Afraid to eat

Okay, so, here's my story so far. I used a different keto tracking app up to this point because it seemed so user friendly. Well, if I do one thing, just any little thing different, I'm out of ketosis. I'm taking in 750 cals. or less, daily. I never go over 10 carbs. My protein is always at or less than 20. My fat is at 70. Rarely do I push past it. I'm starving. I got moderate ketones for a few days then I checked my blood ketones this morning...0.2! Why oh why!!! I haven't cheated once! I'm committed and haven't craved any sugar like I thought I would. 750 calories seems very low but if I don't get enough fat I eat a fat bomb then oops, out of ketosis. They're legit and have 0.5 carbs each. I can rarely eat more than one. Can anyone recommend a good resource that will help me make a good plan to be successful? Its been 2 weeks of guessing at this point.
