Hi my name is Monica and I am trying to avoid all sugar in my diet for health reasons along with losing weight. Any tried and true tips for me.

Do you mean ALL sugar or just added sugar? If you really mean ALL sugar, then you can have basically meat and fat, but no veggies or fruit.0

No tips, but this is tried and true: Your body makes its own sugar, and many nutritious foods contain sugar, so it's impossible, and pointless to try, to avoid it completely. To lose weight, you have to take in fewer calories than you burn. A healthy diet is balanced and varied.0
