Back at it again!

Hey! Just looking for some new support buddies for the second time around! I’m super bummed that I’m back here again but between major life events and buying a home...things got super out of control!

A little about me! I have 2 kids ages 12 and 4. Just bought our first home and officially have a workout room (not a fan of the gym). It will be a slow process on getting the room the way I want it. About 2 years ago I started on this adventure and lost about 60ish pounds and looking to get back down to that again. I don’t know exactly how much I’ve gained back but probably about 25 lbs 😭.

Goals at the moment are to get my workouts up to 45 minutes 5 days a week again. I’m currently at 30-40 minutes 4 x a week. I’m working on getting that cardio in and strength training. Food for me is always a challenge but working on cutting carbs and adding more healthy options!
