Well Pals, I'MMM BAAACK! Heart went south, over the weekend, but absolutely no worries. I'm back home now, after a brief stent in The Broken Heart Hotel, and am ready to get back to the gym, as you see in the picture, complete with PICC Line. That's the two lines you see in the inside of my right bicep. So let's get to work! Lord knows, my pathetic muscles need it! 😕
