2yrs ago, I weighted 145lbs when I said enough is enough and did something about it. I hired a trainer in Oct. and cut off the things that were not helping me such as cokes, eating out a lot and monitor my meals. After 3 months I weighted 130lb. unfortunately illness/sickness cause me to stop been motivated. I being trying to at maintain 130 but I gain 4lbs and I limbo between 134 to 132. I need friends to help me get back on track. Please feel free to add me. Thanks
