Is it using treadmill for 1 hour and 20 min in gym + 25 min of lifting weights + 15 min of squats, crunches, lunges, bridge-up, side lift leg good for losing weight?

Weight loss is done through a calorie deficit. How you achieve that deficit is completely up to you. Cardio (treadmill) is good for your heart (it also burns calories helping to your deficit). Lifting is good for you musculature and skeletal structure (it also helps relieve stress and make me feel good).1

I'd say you could probably ease up on the treadmill but you have a good variety there!0

It depends on how much you're eating. There's an old expression.....you can't outrun a bad diet.
You can lose weight without exercising at all. Exercise is for fitness and can help you maintain a calorie deficit but in the end it all comes down to eating fewer calories than you expend.1 -
