App not recognizing my email-help?

Hello, I have a problem with my app, I created an account couple of days ago using my email (and I didn't forget to verify my account) and when I downloaded an app for MFP it wont recognize my username nor my email. I have no idea how to fix this, tried reinstalling, nothing happened. Is there anything I can do?
