Hey!

I am 26. Ive been obese all my life (for the past 10 years) - 185 pounds. Finally I feel like I'm in a good spot (mentally ready) to lose it now. This community is so awesome. I've been reading posts of people losing weight from 1lb to 70 lbs. So pumped right now! Need some motivation to keep me on track with my food intake and exercise.
