Food List question

My main food list, when viewed on my laptop, shows EVERYTHING I've ever recorded, even if I only had it once, several years ago. For example, some restaurant I visited once. How can I delete some of those items so that I'm not going through four pages of things to check-box things I eat regularly. Thanks!!

You have to delete it from your food diary. Sorry, that's one of the crazy things MFP has decided is a good solution :( (But I love all the good things about it.)

I think there is an option to limit what it shows, but I don't know where that option is offhand. Check the gear option and the diary under settings.

You can't delete things from your "Recents" list, but you can delete them from the "Frequent" list (tab).

Then you could use that tab (Frequent) to add food to the diary.

The computer doesn't show everything, only the most recent 100 foods logged under that meal. The app does give you everything, but it's searchable so it's easier to find something you previously logged. But no, you can't outright delete from your recent list.
