There have been many attempts to start, and I have only had 1 positive journeys in weight loss. I’ve realized the majority of the time is because I didn’t have a good enough reason. I dropped 90lbs in about 9 months 10 years ago and it was because I didn’t want to hold somebody else back. SOMEBODY ELSE!! It’s time to make myself the ‘good enough’ reason. I’m at the highest weight I’ve ever been and I’m sick of it. I’ve had acid reflux lately and can only tie it and other health issues to my weight. It’s time to spend time in the gym and take care of what I’m putting in my body. Anybody ready to start to believe in them self and that they are worth the effort and benefits to anybody else are auxiliary let’s get going. I don’t need a New Year to finally decide. I don’t need another day to start. I started working out 2 days ago on July 30th....not much more random a day. Make today, whenever you’re reading this, YOUR random day that become a milestone in the future of when you decided to let your best self shine through.
