I’ve got a BUNCH to lose...

I’m 26, a wife, and a stay at home mom. I weigh 300 pounds and My ideal body weight it 170. I have always felt too discouraged to actually lose weight in the past but something just clicked last week and I’ve started calorie counting (1300 cal a day) and doing cardio (30 mins 6x a week). I’m finding it surprisingly easy to do which is a first for me. Well, the cardio sucks but I’m excited for what I’ll eventually be capable of. For now I’m just the fatty at the gym. Has anyone else had to (and successfully) lost a bunch of weight? Anyone else in this position? I’m trying to stay motivated. I plan on maintaining this weight loss through continuing to exercise and doing maintenance calories. I’d love any encouragement, accountability, or tips.

    Hey! I'm 24 and just weighed in today at 300 lbs. This is defiantly the highest I've ever weighed. My ideal weight is also about 170ish. I have a long road ahead of me, but something has to give!
