Lost 130lbs. Regained 35. Trying to Slim out again and gain more Muscle

Hey there! I'm Matt and I've used Myfitnesspal in the past to help with losing weight. In the last months, I've gained some weight due to *insert excuse here*.

Now that I'm more stable and have been losing weight more consistently, I'm back on the wagon and looking to improve my body in more ways.

I've also recently got into hiking and am loving my new body tackling what I thought were difficult things.
