Instant Pot: Breakfast Ideas

Looking for healthy breakfast ideas! I have an instant pot and absolutely love it! Also want to make stuff that is easy to grab and go for my hubby that gets up at 0330 for work!

Have you tried making overnight oats? They are easy to make and you can just add fresh fruit in the morning.

I've had luck with these - especially the steel cut oatmeal and the ham and pepper frittata.

There is an instant pot app that you can download that gives great recipes for breakfast. You can always substitute ingredients that don't fit into your calorie count. Good luck! Love my instant pot(s)
