Hello all! I was wondering if I can get some help regarding nutrition for swimming. I swim 4800 meters a day, or 3 miles. I consume around 2800 calories a day. Should I consume more, less, or are is there any other advice I can receive? THANKS!!!

What are your goals - are you trying to lose, maintain or gain weight?
What are your stats, what did you put in to MFP to get a calorie recommendation for your goals?1 -
Eat 50-100% of the calories you get when you enter your swimming activity into the MFP cardio database. I use "Swimming laps, freestyle, light/moderate effort" and eat 100% of the calories I earned.0
