I tend not to add much extra fat besides cream in my coffee, or sometimes coconut. I use fats to fry (often coconut or lard) but that's it. Otherwise I just eat what in my beef, pork and seafood, and cheese. I have enjoyed nuts (too much) in the past too.0

When I add fats it is butter, bacon grease, coconut oil or olive oil. You want to avoid heavily processed oils like vegetable oils. I know it sounds odd but for Keto saturated fats are what it calls for. There is a great youtube on good fats by FitterU https://youtube.com/watch?v=oQAyuPjFXF42
