Help, gaining weight conundrum

Hiya, I’m 185cms (around 6ft 1) and weigh 65kg/10.4 stone, I am looking to gain weight which recently has been extremely difficult, I know I must have a surplus in calories, but I don’t know how many total calories I should eat. I currently train around 13 times a week, 9 being football(soccer training) and the remaining 4 being gym strength sessions. What is the recommend total calories I should aim for, or should I have a total calorie goal and then add on what ever I burn during my trainings that day? Any information, suggestions would be hugely appreciated. Thanks!!

Enter your stats here, and choose as your goal to gain weight. MFP will give you a calorie goal. Plus, yes you should log your exercise and eat back at least some of those calories as well, MFP doesn't include purposeful exercise in its calorie goal.

Mfp is a good starting point. See how your body reacts to it over a few weeks. Then its a matter of adding or subtracting calories until you gain a sensible amount of weight per week.... No more than a pound
