I've been neglecting my exercise and diet for the past month and really struggling to get motivated to get back on track despite having the best of intentions each morning.
I'm looking for some tips and inspiration from you lovely people who've also struggled to get back on track.

The road to hell is paved with good intentions. Make sure the track/wagon is something you don't want to get off, and you won't need so much inspiration and motivation.

Readjust your deficit and constraints so that it doesn't feel like a wagon. Don't try to follow perfectly some rigid plan. Just make some weekly deficit and you'll lose. No need for hopping on or off. Take it easy.
    You don't need inspiration.
