I have purchased the variety pack of Quest bars. When I log with MFP, it totals all carbs, not the net carbs. Do I adjust mfp or is this not a good bar to be having? I like seeing 4g vs 24

MFP doesn't calculate net carbs. You can search to see if someone created an entry using net carbs, you can create your own entry with net carbs noted, or you can do the math in your head.

I don't do keto, so no idea whether it's a "good" choice or not!

Do you use net carb entries for everything else, or are you using total carb entries?

If you use total carb entries and determine your net carbs by subtracting fibre you should also use a total carb entry for the quest bar. If you use net carb entries for everything else, use a net carb entry for the quest bar.

Go with whatever you normally use.

Be careful of that net carb count. I know of a few people who tested blood glucose after eSting one of those and their blood glucose more closely reflected a 24g snack rather that a 4 g one. Ymmv.
