Hi! I’m Caitlyn and am looking forward to using this app! I’m looking forward to having friends in this community to cheer each other on. As of right now I am at 220 and would love to lose 40 pounds. Trying to eats lots of fruits and veggies but it’s hard sometimes! Hopefully this app will help☺️ look forward to cheering you guys on as well!

Welcome! If your primary goal is to lose weight, maybe you should focus most on eating less?1
