I’m nearly 31, in the UK, and have a lot of weight to lose. Currently 110kg which is about 242 pounds or 17st4 i think. I have lots of anxiety, also diabetes and take insulin.

I have previously lost at least 20kg but regained it all. I’m not really doing exercise yet but started tracking my calories and am working on figuring out some meal planning.

I’ve done this before so I can do it again I just need to work out how to make it more sustainable. Add me if you want some new friends, especially if in any way similar.
