Resting Heart Rate Dropped

My resting heart rate has dropped by 10 bmp to around 60-65 bmp since starting MFP. Can only be a good thing

Did you start mid July? That is a very good thing. Are you getting more exercise?1

Cool! Keep an eye on it though: when my electrolytes are out of whack my resting HR also drops.0
