Green Smoothie Time Saver

I used to make green smoothies every day but it was time consuming because I put a ton of good stuff in them...protein powder, hemp hearts, Chia seeds, flax, pumpkin and sunflower seeds, etc, etc. Everything is kept in separate containers. So I bought some cute little jars at the dollar store and made up little smoothie kits. Thought this might help someone else out there.

I used to freeze individual bags of greens and fruit to make life easy too, saved chopped everyday and the freezing contributed to nicer smoothies

    Very pretty jars OP!

I plan out my meal one week in advance. For whatever smoothies I plan on making, on my meal prep day I separate the dry ingredients (protein powder, flax/hemp/chia seeds, collagen powder, cinnamon, green superfood powder, cacao nibs, spirulina etc.) and the frozen fruit/veggies/greens.

When it's time for me to make it all I need to do it put each one in my Nutribullet mug, add water or almond milk and blend.

It's such a great time saver!
