43 lbs and counting lost, life gained

I'm approaching my one year anniversary of starting with one work out to save my mental health. At 31, I was at my highest ever weight of 219 pounds, starting to experience aches and pains exclusively due to my weight, and was a mess of anxiety. I knew I couldn't live like that.

I've been slow and steady on this journey, but my results speak for themselves. From sedentary to comfortably running 6 kilometers, and from being limited to a handful of stores and buying only what fit, to shopping anywhere and buying anything I want. From XXL/18 to M/10.

Sorry the pictures aren't the best quality. I just snapped a few in disbelief the other day. 4troiradtkdw.jpg
