Hi peeps, not a newbie to FP but new to forums. Never needed motivation to keep going before, but struggling lately. I’ve always exercised & I’ve never been a big eater, so always managed to maintain my weight(56-58kg). I ruptured my ACL last September playing netball, & had surgery in October. Not being able to workout fully was so depressing & trying to get my quad strength back has been tough(still too weak to run). Anyways, I was terrified of putting on weight during my recovery & having my muscles turn to mush. Luckily, I’ve only put on a few kilos(currently at 62kg), but my ultimate goal is 55kg, & getting my muscles back. Anyone else struggling after surgery? Wish me luck!! ☺️☺️
