I have had problems with gaining weight does anyone have any ideas for me on what I can do or eat please help

    If I read your post correctly, you mean you are trying to gain weight but are struggling with that? If so you may want to post this under the category of “Goal: gaining weight and body building” as well, since a lot of people who look at this forum are trying to lose.

    But perhaps you mean the opposite. If that’s the case, you’re in the right place and you should read the stickies for good advice and give more details about your specific situation if you want personal advice.

    Eat more. You need a calorie surplus to gain weight.

    Smoothies with a couple bananas, and a couple spoons of peanut butter.
    Add some avocado to wraps.

    Basically, calorie dense foods.

    Calorie surplus - eating more calories than your body uses in a day. Doing this results in weight gain.

    Calorie deficit - eating fewer calories than your body uses in a day. Doing this results in weight loss.
