Hello! My name is Makayla, I have started and stopped more times than I can count.
I am looking for friends who are doing low carb, I try to stay under 20 carbs per day, but if you do something else that's cool too, I know a lot of people who try to stay under 50, whatever works for you! The last time I did low carb I lost 5 #s in a week, I had so much energy, my anxiety got a little better, and I was over all much happier. Then one day I drank a pepsi and had a piece of pizza, and boom fell off the wagon.
I have found that my biggest problem is accountability, if I know I can get away with not working out one day I will, or I will have days where I don't track because I am eating bad, but no one is there to say anything so why not?
I would love to have someone that could be accountability buddies with me!

I have started and stopped more times than I can count.
Do you want to continue doing that?
The last time I did low carb I lost 5 #s in a week
You didn't lose 5 pounds of fat in a week.
Then one day I drank a pepsi and had a piece of pizza, and boom fell off the wagon.
    There is no wagon.
if I know I can get away with not working out one day I will
You don't have to work out every day; in fact, you don't have to work out at all, if you don't want to.
I will have days where I don't track because I am eating bad
MFP is not the food police. Tracking is something you're doing for yourself, to keep track of what you're eating, so you can make better choices. If you only track "good" days, you're not really keeping track.
but no one is there to say anything so why not?
It's exactly that - the decision to eat or not eat, is always yours and yours alone.
