Good afternoon everyone,

I'm 27years old, tiny person without any body curves and I weight 48.5kg. One year and half ago i started to go to gym to get more weight, body curves and feel better with myself. My body change a bit at the beginning but now I have to change my eat habits and my exercise routine to achieve my goals, which are getting the hourglass body shape... I tried to bulk since May to get more fat to burn but I only get 1.5kg in 2months (47-48.5kg). 🙁 It's so frustrating when you want to put weight but you can't... Currently I'm doing the strong curves exercise program from TM training app... So according with this, what I should change in my diet or in my gym routine to acchieve the body that I want? As I'm trying really hard but the changes but they are really small and that is not motivated or I'm doing something wrong...

Thanks you for your help.

If you're not gaining weight it's because you're not eating in a calorie surplus

Definitely check out this thread if you are having issues hitting your calorie goals

But basically.. keep bulking (it could take multiple cycles) keep running Strong Curves, be patient and consistent. You may be able to get there with time and make changes to your shape...up to a point..remember genetics will determine your overall body shape, your hip width and how you store fat.

This. I'd add that 3+ lbs in 2 months (if I'm reading your post correctly) isn't far off where you'd want to be. Half a lb per week is a pretty good clip, but if you want to gain faster you need to eat more. Word of caution - the faster you gain, the more of it will be fat. I'm not experienced in bulk/cut so I don't know what an optimal rate is for a woman bulking.

I would say 0.5lb per week or less (2lbs a month) so OP your rate of gain is good. Slow and steady is best.
