    Become a walker. Start slow but do it every day so that it becomes an irresistable habit (it will). Don't go nuts on the diet thing, again gradual, tolerable changes towards the good. Slow and steady wins the race. You are young, you can get in shape and one day the 350 will just be a distant memory and your kids will be proud of their hot momma.
