Post your workout for the day with exercises, sets, reps, and weight if applicable.

    Walking usually 30-60 mins, and just started Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred again, I feel like I'm going to die I'm so sore!!! lol

    1 hr walk followed by 1 hr at the gym (cardio and weights and it is such a variety that I can't remember all the sets and what I did, it's just written up on the whiteboard and it changes daily) and you are monitored by a trainer.

    1.5 hr walk in the afternoon

    Evening walk for 40-50 minutes (6 days / week), my target is to walk exact or more than one hour with moderate pace. Yoga in morning 2 or 3 times in a week.

    Today is a scheduled rest day! I ran a 7 mile hilly course yesterday so I have earned it!! Good luck to everyone on their workouts!
