Are there any free apps available for working out calorie burn? Or is there a way to do it in MFP?

There are free calculators for a lot of exercise types - specialized ones, particularly. What exercise are you trying to estimate?
The one that's built into MFP is probably at least as good as any other generic (multi-exercise) one. Just log your exercise time in your exercise diary here (exercise tab in the web app, cardiovascular section; or add exercise in the daily diary in a phone app), and it will give you a calorie estimate based on the activity, duration, and your personal characteristics. Some people worry that it over-estimates, and eat back 50% of those calories to start, until they have a month or so of data to see if they're losing at the expected rate.
If you do an exercise that isn't listed, use one that's similar, or ask people here for an equivalent.1 -
If you tell people what specific exercise you do then you will get some good suggestions, there isn't one best way for all exercise.0

It’s for a full body 30 min kettlebell workout. I guess it’s classed as strength on here so it doesn’t tell you calories. I’ve been doing reps, I’ve been doing each exercise for one minute following a YouTube vid.
I’ve looked at online estimates and they range from 240-600 🤦🏻♀️0 -

You can log weights under cardio then strength training.0 -

Suggest you just log the 30 minute duration (in CV part of diary) as strength training like this.....
(It will be a lot more modest than the estimates you found.)
The strength part of the diary is just a notebook with no calorie functionality.
