From 18.8 stone to 13.6 stone

Recovering alcoholic. 10 years of abuse through drinking. Been a long road back to any sort of fitness again. Weighed in at 15.6 stone 3 months ago but was still very flabby and felt out of breath after a dad's Vs kids match at my son's football presentation.
Decided enough was enough.
Feeling much happier and healthier already.
