Anyone out there currently doing Insanity? OR have you recently completed Insanity? Are you training for an Event? OR are you just ready for a NEW Hard Core Challenge?
Next month I will be starting Insanity Asylum Vol 1. - 30 Day Challenge!
Its the next level up from Insanity - and kind of a pre-requisite if you want to be able to keep up:)
