No more new years resolutions or "one last takeaway" or "I will start on Monday"..

I have a lot of weight to lose but I don't actually mind what the scales say, I just want to feel better and get stronger. I know I need to lose weight to do this so that's why I am here :)

I was a bit of a comic book geek before I had my children and my favourite was Tank Girl - hence the nickname. Back then I actually liked myself, I was certainly more sure of myself and it would be great to get some of that back!!
So! I am not sure how I am going to do this so for now I am going to tackle 1lb at a time and find out what fits. If anyone wants to join me, I would be glad of your company so don't be shy :)

    good luck! :) it've been here for 105 days so i'll be happy to help if you like! :D & doing lb at a time is good, don't diet, do a lifestyle change so you can still enjoy the odd takeout with your family etc :)
