Sit down leg curl

Anyone else ALWAYS get cramps in your hamstrings doing this exercise? I feel like im doing light weight but after my 3rd set of 10 i walk away with cramps in both hammies.

    The ham curl that you lay face down on always irritates my knees. I had to switch to the seated ham curl. Try adjusting the position of the seat/leg rest.
