Intermittent fasting life style..any one can join me

Hii i sart if after a lot of reserch ..and now i finaly start practicing on this life style ...1 week complited i fill light and energetic..but i need more time to chang according to if..any one csn join me here ..i need same budys who are also doing if..

    Hello! I started IF about two weeks ago. I started out doing a 12hr fast and eased up to a 16hr fast. Some days are better than others. I have lost about 3lbs. Anyone experience headaches or light headedness? My work day starts early, so I usually try to stop eating between 5 and 6pm, so I can eat around 9 or 10am. I struggle logging my food still. I had a pretty go streak going about a year and a half ago and then became inactive due to Plantar Fasciitis. I can't seem to get back into it so I decided to try this.

    Ive been doing this a few weeks
    counting cals and IF....I eat from 8-4

    I've been doing if on and off. I'm not sure if it's helping me, but I'll keep doing it.

    I fast when i sleep. :D
    When I'm in China I have days when I go 12 to 13 hours without eating. Those are days i swim after work. Protein shake at 4:30pm. In the pool around 6pm back at the apartment around 9pm. Too late to eat anything. Up at 5:30am, protein shake for breakfast around 7am.
    Does that count as IF?
    I have found that when I rest a regular dinner at a restaurant on a non swim night that i feel bloated.
