How can I reach definition? Lost fat and get a little bit Muscule.

Looking more defined comes from losing fat over your muscles - you can do this by being in a deficit if you have weight to lose, ensuring you're eating sufficient protein and following a progressive lifting program to help maintain muscle
If you don't need to lose weight you could consider recomp (a forum search will bring up advice on this)1
