Hey I’m from the uk and been struggling with my weight since my twenty’s.Its a never ending battle but I’m here to do something bout it....so if you want a new friend feel free to add...my barn is always open for tea and cake ...and sometimes beer 😁😂

To get your weight under control, you have to change your habits, and to change your habits permanently, you need to change your attitude. If you approach weightloss as a battle, it will be, and you will lose. Instead of calling it "struggling with my weight", be concrete and say you've had a habit of eating more than you need. Now you have a practical problem that has an actionable solution: eat less. You can and should eat and drink whatever you want, but you must do it responsibly.0
