Vegetables, if you eat a pile of low calorie low starch vegetables (cabbage, broccoli, brussel sprouts, green beans, salad with low calorie dressing) before each meal its so much easier to do portion control and stay full. Also have a large glass of water too, that will help keep you full after your done eating until your body can realize what you ate.2
