I had a very high sodium breakfast, this isn't a regular thing but I didn't expect it to be so high. So it was only breakfast and I'm already over, what are some sensible meal/snack choices to keep my sodium reasonably low today? I eat about 1500 If that helps.

Greek yogurt. It's about120-140 cals depending on which you get, it's full of protein which will help you feel full, and about 45mg of sodium.
For meals... go with lean proteins, like chicken/fish/turkey/pork. Those are typically low sodium (though I don't know about fish because I don't eat seafood). Because they're higher in protein you'll feel full and you'll get to have more food because of their low caloric value.0
