Time to change?

Hi guys
9 weeks in I'm down to 243 from 266. When I started I programmed in 2lb per week loss. I'm currently eating 1880 per day and am strictly sticking to that and losing 2lb nicely. My goal weight is 190 so I'm 53lbs from goal weight. Do I still have enough weight on me to stick to a 2lb weight loss and if so how many pounds from goal weight should I change my loss to maybe 1.5lb per week?

I am not 100 percent sure what it is based on but the recommendations I have seen to maximize muscle retention say that 75-50ish pounds to lose should be at 1.5lbs and 50-20ish should be at 1lb per week.0

I'd suggest sticking close to your 1880 calories if it's sustainable. As you drop the weight, your weight loss will slow down and you will probably hit that 1.5lb weight loss rate before too long.4
