Brown fat, on demand

Not yet, but it appears that in a few years we'll be able to have our white fat extracted, converted to brown fat, and re-injected. Brown fat burns calories. If we humans had some naturally, we'd be slim.

Why not just extract the white fat and don't 're inject it. Kinda like liposuction. Walob.4

LOL. I read a bit about brown fat and decided to lower the AC temp at night, not sure if it's helping. Not too unbearable though. Haven't gone any further with the cold showers, I think that is as far as I'll take it.
Also I'm breastfeeding, I think the fat the body puts on (and holds on to) during pregnancy to support breastfeeding is all brown fat, but I could be wrong.0
